Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Conference be In-Person or Virtual?

Both. We have both in-person and virtual tickets available.

What if I can't make it in person? Can I convert my registration to a virtual ticket.

Yes, if you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can convert your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket. Just contact us at support@uogm.org and we will switch your ticket for you.

If I purchased a virtual ticket, can I switch it to a in-person ticket?

Due to limited seating on-site, you cannot convert your virtual ticket to an in-person ticket.

Are masks required to attend in person?

As a precaution to keep everyone well, we will be following COVID-19 protocols (6 feet distancing and requiring that masks be worn when you aren’t speaking [for speakers] or eating). We will also be sending an email out closer to the event date with the link to our COVID-19 Self-Disclosure Form.

What happens if I've been exposed to someone who's tested positive for COVID-19?

Anyone who has tested positive or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event will be unable to attend the conference in person. If an in-person ticket was purchased, it will be converted to a virtual ticket.

Vendor + Sponsorship Opportunities / advertise your business

Video Ad sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities are available for $85 per 60-second slot. The 60-second commercials will be played throughout the conference day.

All videos must be uploaded via the provided link by Friday, June 7th. PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t have your video ready when you purchase the sponsorship, you will also receive the link via your confirmation email upon purchasing the sponsorship opportunity. In-Person Vendor Opportunity

Only three (3) Vendor (in-person) slots are available for $50 at First Baptist Church Gresham Road.

What’s Included?
As a part of your Vendor Fee, you will receive:

a 4×4 booth space
One (1) ticket to the 2022 Women’s Conference (Lunch is included.)

You are responsible for bringing your own 4×4 table and chair.
